1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Newcastle Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 3).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at 289–291 Turton Road, New Lambton, being Lots 4–6,

DP 18086.

4      Amendment of Newcastle Local Environmental Plan 2012

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert at the end of the Schedule:

4      Use of certain land at 289–291 Turton Road, New Lambton

This clause applies to land at 289–291 Turton Road, New Lambton,

being Lots 4–6, DP 18086.

Development for the purpose of a service station is permitted with

consent if the floor area used for the ancillary retail selling or hiring of

general merchandise or services or both does not exceed 150m2.
