1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Newcastle Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 28).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at The Hill:

(a)	1 Mosbri Crescent, being SP 6373,
(b)	3 Mosbri Crescent, being Lot 10, DP 216346,
(c)	5 Mosbri Crescent, being SP 3058,
(d)	7 Mosbri Crescent, being Lot 12, DP 216346,
(e)	9 Mosbri Crescent, being Lot 13, DP 216346,
(f)	11–17 Mosbri Crescent, being Lot 1, DP 204077,
(g)	31 Kitchener Parade, being Lot 8, DP 216346,
(h)	37 Kitchener Parade, being SP 19610,

(i)      41 Kitchener Parade, being Lot 62, DP 522440.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Newcastle Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
