This Plan is Newcastle Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 23).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land known as the Waratah Technology High School, Lots 2694,

2717 and 3179, DP 755247, 26 Turton Road, Waratah.

4      Amendment of Newcastle Local Environmental Plan 2012

Schedule 5 Environmental heritage

Omit “2719” from the property description in the matter relating to item no I670 in

Part 1.

Insert instead “2717”.
