1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Newcastle Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 21).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Mayfield:

(a)	Lots 101 and 102, DP 1097643,
(b)	Lot 41, DP 1005592, 14 Frith Street,
(c)	Lot 42, DP 1005592, 22 Frith Street,
(d)	Lots 3–6, DP 37883 and Lot 45, DP 1005302, 18 Gavey Street,
(e)	Lot 43, DP 1005592, 40 Gavey Street.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Newcastle Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
