1 Name of Plan
This Plan is Newcastle Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment
No 2).
2 Commencement
This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies
This Plan applies to the following land at Elermore Vale:
| (a) | part of Lot 21A, DP 17677, 122 Cardiff Road, |
| (b) | Lot 20A, DP 17677, being part of 124 Cardiff Road, |
| (c) | part of Lot 22, DP 235930, being part of 124A Cardiff Road, |
