1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Newcastle Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 15).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to part of Lot 2, DP 219868, being part of 41 Wallarah Road,

New Lambton.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Newcastle Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.

5      Amendment of Newcastle Local Environmental Plan 2012

Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land

Omit “Nil” from Part 2. Insert the following:

New Lambton	Part of Lot 2, DP 219868,	Nil
being that part of Lot 2 that is in Zone R2 Low Density Residential (on the commencement of Newcastle Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 15)) and part of 41 Wallarah Road
