1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Newcastle Local Environmental Plan 2003 (Amendment

No 10).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Part Lot 1, DP 552405, and known as 6 Frances Street, Wallsend, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Newcastle Local Environmental Plan 2003 (Amendment No 10)” deposited in the office of the Council of the City of Newcastle.
