])ut suhjec't to the conditions licreinat'ter expressed, and on trust Ibi-tlie ('reetion thereon of a hall for the use of friendly Societies re^isteri'd under the “• Erieudly Societies Act of 1873.”

Conditions.

2. The trustees in the next preceding' section nientioned shall

hold the said land subject to the conditions folhnvin", that is to say:—

(i)   Tlu'y, The said trustees, shall. Avitliin three yeai's from the time of the passing of this Act. erect the Iiall mentioned in the next ])reeeding section.

(u)

Tlicy shall. Trithin the time afore.'^aid, ex2)cnd on the erection of the said hall and the huildings eoimeetc'd therewith a sum of not less than five hundred ])ou!ids.

And upon the breach of any of the said conditions, the said lands shall revest in the said llailway Commissioners as of theii- fornu'r estate, and subject to tlu' ^u'ovisions of the (Tovc'rnment Jlailwavs A(‘t of

Schedule 15 hereto, is liereby transferred to and vest('d in Andrew Drnmmond, Thomas Simon, Laurence Phillip Vial. Andiauv llutlicn*- ford ^ '̂att, and Tom Harvey, their ('xecntors, administrators, mid assig’ns, fri'cd from all trusts under the “ Governnu'iit llailways Act of 1888,” hnt, subject to tbe conditions hereinafter expressed, and on trust for the erection thereon of a hall for the ust' of d’radc Unions I'cgistered under the ‘•'Trade Union Act, 1881.”

Conditions

■t. The trustees in the next iiTeci'ding section nientioned shall

hold the said land, subject to the conditions following, that is to say :—

They, the said trnsti'es, shall, within thri'c yc'ars from the time of the [las-sing of this Act, ('rect thi' hall mentioned in the next preceding section.

They shall, within tin* tinu' aforesaid, ( 'X ]i( 'nd on the erection of the said hall and the buildings connecti'd tlu'rewith a sum of not less than live h.uudred pounds.

And n])on the lireach of any of the said conditions, the said land shall revest in the said llailway Commissioners as o f their former estate, and suhjeet to the jiroA'isions of the “ Governinent Hail wavs Act of

5. The trnsti'es may make rules for regulating thi' use of the said halls resjrectiA'cly, but sucb ruh's shall have no effect until ap û’ovi'd by the Colonial Si'cretary or the Minister for the time being, charged Avitli the administration of the “ Eriendly Socii'ties Act of 1873 ” and the “ Trade Union Act, 1881,” respectively.
