authority of the same, as folio vs :—

Amendment of

1. Sections two and four of the Act fifty-sixth Victoria number thirtv-fivc arc herebv amended bv substitutimr the words “ six years” for the words “ three years” wlierever they occur in the said sections.

No breach of airy of the conditions specified in those sections respectively committed before the commencement of this Act shall be deemed to have had or to have the effect of revesting in the Piailway Commissioners of New South AVales any of the lands in those sections respectively mentioned, but the said lands shall, notwithstanding any breach as aforesaid, be dei'med to have remained vested in the trustees referred to in tliose sections respectively, subject to the conditions and trusts set forth in the Act fifty-sixth Victoria number thirty-five as hereby amended.

Short title.

2. This Act may be cited as the “ Newcastle Ericndly Societies and Trades Hall Act Amendment Act, 1896.”
