lative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South "Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

bShoit title. 1. This Act may be cited as the “ Newcastle District

Abattoir and Sale-yards Further Amendment Act, 1915.”

New>ection. 2 . The following scction is inserted, and shall he read

immediately following section twelve of the Newcastle

District Abattoir and Sale-yards Act, 1912 :

Bower of	12a. The board may, Avith the consent of the Colonial Treasurer, let on lease any land acquired and held by it under the proAosions of this Act, and not required for the purposes of this Act.
