An Act to extend the powers of the Newcastle George Vj
District Abattoir Doard ivith regard to the
delivery of meat hy the Board, with regard
to borrowing for the purposes of the Board,
| and with regard to the inspection of meat | ■ |
| slaughtered outside the district of the Board and the jiroducts of such meat brought into the district of the Board for human consump tion within such district; to make further provision as to the fees of the Board , to amend the Newcastle District Abattoir and Sale yards Act, 1912, and certain other Acts; to repeal the Newcastle District Abattoir and Sale- yards Amendment Act, 1915 ; and for pur poses connected therewith. T ) E it onaotod by the King’s Most Excellent Alajesty, J ) by and with the advice and consent of the Legis lative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—
1 . This Act may be cited as the “ Newcastle District siiort title
Abattoir and Sale-yards (Amendment) Act, 1926,” and shall he construed with the Newcastle District Abattoir and Sale-yards Act, 1912, as amended by subsequent Acts, which Act as so amended is in this Act referred to as the Principal Act.
