CoMHtisiNo the eoiisU'uction of a main intereepting sewer, pumping station, risijig main, by-piiss, treatment works, effluent pipe to emergency outlet, also the construction of pumping stations, rising mains, and reticulation sewers for the M unicipality of Carrington, together with all land resumptions and acquisition of easements, and including shafts, manholes, ventilating shafts, connection* and works incidental to the scheme or necessary for its proper completion. The above (Itvscrilaitl woi'ks are sutiject to such deviations and modifications as may be deemed necessary by the Minister.
