New South Wales Acts Application (Amendment) Ordinance 1986

An Ordinance to amend the New South Wales Acts Application Ordinance 1984

Short title

1.  This Ordinance may be cited as the New South Wales Acts Application (Amendment) Ordinance 1986.¹

Schedule 1

2.  Schedule 1 to the New South Wales Acts Application Ordinance 1984² is amended—

(a)by omitting—

“Contractors’ Debts Act 1897  .......................................... Attorney-General”

and substituting—

“Contractors’ Debts Act 1897  .......................................... Minister for Territories”; and

(b)by omitting “and Local Government” (wherever occurring).
