Application for approval of the Nestle Australia Ltd - National Union of Workers - Merchandisers Enterprise Agreement 2012-2015.

[1] The decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 23 October 2015 [[2015] FWCA 7294, AE416305] is corrected as follows:

1. To be inserted after paragraph 3;

“The National Union of Workers has given notice under s.183 of the Act that it wants the Agreement to cover it. In accordance with s.201(2) of the Act I note that the Agreement covers the Organisation.”

2. Paragraph [4] and [5] are subsequently renumbered [5] and [6].
