An Act relating to the prosecution of persons com­ mitting offences under the Necropolis Act 1901, as amended by subsequent Acts, or any rules or regulations made thereunder; for this purpose to amend that Act, as so amended; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 18th Decem­ ber, 1967.]
