Act No. 89, 1967.
An Act relating to the prosecution of persons com mitting offences under the Necropolis Act 1901, as amended by subsequent Acts, or any rules or regulations made thereunder; for this purpose to amend that Act, as so amended; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 18th Decem ber, 1967.]
¥> E it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by
and with the advice and consent of the Legislative
Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in
Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as
follows: —
1. This Act may be cited as the “Necropolis (Amend-short tide,
ment) Act, 1967”.
