JL) by and with the advice and consent of the Legis
lative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—
| Short tiUo. | 1. This Act may be cited as the “ Necropolis |
(Amendment) Act, 1930.”
Vesting and 2 . (1) The land described in the Schedule to this d̂spose*of*̂° Act is hereby vested in Pis Alajesty, and shall from the
land under commencement of this Act be deemed to be Crown

A ll that piece or parccil of land situate in the parish of Liberty
Plains, county of Cumberland, containing an area of about 39.i acres, bounded by Ai'thur-street, Sir Thomas Mitchell road, and tlie Elemington to Campsie railway line, exclusive of a strip 1 chain wide extending from Arthur-street to an overbridge on the Elemington to Campsie railway line aforesaid, used as a road and ve.sted in fee simple in the Pail way Commissioners for Aew South Wales, and of a strip 1 chain wide carrying pipe for water supply to Northern Suburbs.
