ORDER
HIS HONOUR: I'll order that the application for leave and the proposed appeals be taken to relate to both the decision of the 8th of February 2008, and the decision of the 9th of May 2008.
I further order that the application for leave to appeal and the appeals be heard together.
I further order that the respondents to the appeal be, the first-named respondent, that is Sharon Lillian Parker and Jaid Holtz and Verena Blaygrove and that the latter two parties be joined as respondents to the proceedings.
I further order that the respondents be taken to have been served with the notices of appeal and other documents, service of which was effected by service upon Stephen Holtz.
I further order that the orders to which the applicant/appellant is subject from the Magistrates Court be suspended, in part, pending determination of these proceedings, but are only suspended to the extent necessary to permit him to effect service of Court documents by e-mail addressed to [email protected] and I further direct that all further Court documents in this matter be served by the appellant on the respondents by that e-mail and in no other way.
I'll order that the applicant/appellant file and serve his outline of argument on or before the 13th of October 2008.
I'll order that the respondents file and serve any outline of argument in response on or before the 3rd of November 2008.
I order that the signing of the certificate of readiness be dispensed with.
I order that the matter be set down for mention at 9.30 a.m. on the 10th of November 2008 and I order that the matter be entered on the call-over list for the call over to be held on the 24th of November 2008.
