REGULATION UNDER THE NAVAL DEFENCE ACT 1910-1971.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Noval Defence Act 1910-1971.

Amendments of the Navy (Canteens) Regulations

Constitution of Board.

Regulation 7 of the Navy (Canteens) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (1) and substituting the following paragraph:—

“(a) the Chief of Naval Personnel; and”; and

(b) by omitting sub-regulation (2) and substituting the following sub-regulation:—

“(2) The Chief of Naval Personnel is the Chairman of the Board.”.
