REGULATIONS UNDER THE NAVIGATION ACT 1912‑1920.

Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the

Amendment of Navigation (Survey and Equipment) Regulations.
(Statutory Rules 1923 No. 131 as amended by Statutory Rules 1923 No. 196.)
1. Schedule
II. to the Navigation (Survey and Equipment) Regulations is amended by omitting
the footnotes to sub‑paragraphs (
“Note.—When the survey of an unclassed vessel for a Certificate of Approval of Load‑Line is made at the same time as a survey for Certificate of Survey, one‑half only of the full fee for the load‑line survey is to be charged in addition to the fee for the Certificate of Survey. (
