Navigation (Supplementary) Regulations2

(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Navigation Act 1912.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 June 1987.

2. Regulation 1a of the Navigation (Supplementary) Regulations is repealed and the following regulation substituted:

Interpretation

“1a. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:

‘the Act’ means the Navigation Act 1912.”.

Repeal of regulation 5

3. Regulation 5 of the Navigation (Supplementary) Regulations is repealed.

Repeal of Schedule 2

4. Schedule 2 of the Navigation (Supplementary) Regulations is repealed.
