Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Navigation (Supplementary) Amendment Regulations 2009 (No. 1).

Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

Amendment of Navigation (Supplementary) Regulations

Schedule 1 amends the Navigation (Supplementary) Regulations.
