I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Navigation Act1912.

Repeal

1. Statutory Rules 1964 No. 36, Statutory Rules 1974 No. 241 and Statutory Rules 1980 No. 206 are repealed.

Commencement

2. Regulation 1 shall come into operation on 1 August 1983.
