Navigation (Pig Iron, Coal and Ballast) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Navigation Act 1912.

First Schedule

1. The First Schedule to the Navigation (Pig Iron, Coal and Ballast) Regulations is amended by omitting "Port of Registry and Official No." and substituting "Home Port (or Port of Registry) and Official No.".

Commencement

2. Regulation 1 shall come into operation on 26 January 1982.
