I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following

Regulations under the Navigation Act 1912.

1. Regulation 2 of the Navigation (Passengers) Regulations is repealed and the following regulation substituted:

Application

"2. These Regulations apply to and in relation to passenger steamships to which Part II of the Act applies.".

Commencement

2. Regulation 1 shall come into operation on 26 January 1982.
