STATUTORY RULES
REGULATIONS UNDER THE NAVIGATION ACT 1912-1965.*
I,
THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting
with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following
Regulations under the

Amendments of the Navigation (Passengers) Regulations.
“2. These Regulations apply to—
(
a ) passenger steamships registered in Australia other than river and bay ships;(
b ) passenger steamships engaged in the coasting trade; or(
c ) passenger steamships regularly employed in trading to and from ports in Australia and owned by a person, firm or company resident, or having his or its principal place of business, in Australia.”.
“ ‘the Act’ means the
Navigation Act 1912-1965.”.
