(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Navigation Act 1912.

Commencement

1. These Regulations commence on 1 June 1990.

Minister may make orders

2. Regulation 3 of the Navigation (Orders) Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (1) (b) “sections 207a” and substituting “Division 15 of Part II, sections 207a”.
