I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Navigation Act 1912.

1.Commencement

1.1 These Regulations commence on 1 July 1993.

2.Repeal of the Navigation (Master and Seamen) Regulations

2.1 Statutory Rules 1963 No. 102 as amended by 1964 No. 8; 1965 No. 111; 1967 No.90; 1968 No. 117; 1974 No. 83; 1975 Nos.111 and 114; 1976 No. 282; 1977 Nos. 228 and 271; 1979 No. 197; 1981 Nos. 291 and 397; 1982 Nos. 7, 8, 20 and 396; 1984 No. 357; 1985 No. 257; 1986 No. 225; 1988 No. 154; 1990 No. 14; 1991 No. 377 are repealed.
