Navigation (Marine Council and Committees of Advice) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Navigation Act 1912.

Interpretation

 1. Regulation 3 of the Navigation (Marine Council and Committees of Advice) Regulations is amended by omitting “(Manning and Coasting Trade)” from the definition of “committee of advice” and substituting “(Manning)”.

Commencement

 2. Regulation 1 shall come into operation on 2 January 1982.
