REGULATIONS UNDER THE NAVIGATION ACT 1912-1926.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Navigation Act 1912-1926, to come into operation forthwith.

Amendment of the Navigation (Manning and Accommodation) Regulations.

(Statutory Rules 1926, No. 152, as amended by Statutory Rules 1927, No. 55, and Statutory Rules 1928, No. 54.)

1. Regulation 9 of the Navigation (Manning and Accommodation) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from the table therein the following entry:—

Westralia/Melbourne/11/1/............... ”; and

(b) by inserting the following entries in the appropriate columns of such table immediately below the entry relating to the first-mentioned ship in each of the following sub-paragraphs:—

(i) after “Saros”, the entry—

“Talune/Hobart/8/1/................

(ii) after “Time”, the entry—

Tolga/Melbourne/4/1/............ ; and

(iii) after “Werribee”, the entry—

“Westralia/Melbourne/21/1/1.

2. Regulation 11 of the Navigation (Manning and Accommodation) Regulations is amended by inserting the following entry in the appropriate columns at the end of the table therein:—

Talune/Hobart/3.”

3. Regulation 12 of the Navigation (Manning and Accommodation) Regulations is amended by inserting the following entry in the appropriate columns of the table therein immediately below the entry relating to the ship “Time”:—

Talune/Hobart/3/ ”.
