REGULATION UNDER THE NAVIGATION ACT 1912-1942.*

advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the

Amendments of the Navigation (Manning, Accommodation and Coasting Trade) Regulations.
1. The Second Schedule to the Navigation (Manning, Accommodation and Coasting Trade) Regulations is amended by inserting after the words and figures—

3. The Fourth Schedule to the Navigation (Manning, Accommodation and Coasting Trade) Regulations is amended—

a )Provided that at sea three oil burners be employed on stokehold duties and two be available for engine room orother duties as allocated by the Chief Engineer.”.
4. The Sixth Schedule to the Navigation (Manning, Accommodation and Coasting Trade) Regulations is amended by inserting after the words—
