REGULATION UNDER THE NAVIGATION ACT 1912-1942.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Navigation Act 1912-1942.

Amendments of the Navigation (Manning, Accommodation and Coasting Trade) Regulations. 

Amendment of the Second Schedule.

1. The Second Schedule to the Navigation (Manning, Accommodation and Coasting Trade) Regulations is amended by inserting after the words and figures—

the words and figures—

Amendment of the Third Schedule.

2. The Third Schedule to the Navigation (Manning, Accommodation and Coasting Trade) Regulations is amended—

(a) by inserting after the words and figures—

the words and figures—

“Fawkner Park.........................................	..	9	1	1”; and
(b) by inserting after the words and figures—
“Orungal.................................................	146699	15	2	4”

the words and figures—

Amendment of the Fourth Schedule.

3. The Fourth Schedule to the Navigation (Manning, Accommodation and Coasting Trade) Regulations is amended—

(a) by inserting after the words and figures—

“(a) River Clarence.................................................. 174699 5”; and

(b) by adding at the end thereof the following footnote:—

(a)Provided that at sea three oil burners be employed on stokehold duties and two be available for engine room orother duties as allocated by the Chief Engineer.”.

Amendment of the Sixth Schedule.

4. The Sixth Schedule to the Navigation (Manning, Accommodation and Coasting Trade) Regulations is amended by inserting after the words—
