REGULATIONS UNDER THE NAVIGATION ACT 1912-1942.*

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Navigation Act 1912-1942.

Amendment of the Navigation (Manning, Accommodation and Coasting Trade) Regulations. 

Amendment of the Third Schedule.

1. The Third Schedule to the Navigation (Manning, Accommodation and Coasting Trade) Regulations is amended by inserting after the words and figures—

Amendment of the Sixth Schedule.

2. The Sixth Schedule to the Navigation (Manning, Accommodation and Coasting Trade) Regulations is amended by inserting in the column headed “Trimmers”, opposite the name of the ship “Morinda, the figure “1”.
