(Loading and Unloading—Safety Measures) Regulations (Repeal)
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia,
acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the
following Regulations under the Navigation Act 1912.

Commencement
1. These
Regulations shall come into operation on 17 November 1986.
Repeal of Navigation (Loading and
Unloading—Safety Measures) Regulations
2. Statutory
Rules 1961 No. 128, Statutory Rules 1967 No. 133, Statutory Rules 1969 No. 210,
Statutory Rules 1970 No. 59, Statutory Rules 1973 No. 233, Statutory Rules 1976
No. 280, Statutory Rules 1977 No. 269, Statutory Rules 1979 No. 195, Statutory
Rules 1981 No. 289, Statutory Rules 1984 No. 356 and Statutory Rules 1985 No.
253 are repealed.
