REGULATIONS UNDER THE NAVIGATION ACT 1912‑1920.

I, THE GOVERNOR‑GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Navigation Act 1912‑1920, to come into operation forthwith.

Amendment of Navigation (Load‑Lines) Regulations.

(Statutory Rules 1923 No. 103.)

1. Regulation 19 of the Navigation (Load‑Lines) Regulations is amended by omitting sub‑regulation (7) thereof and inserting in its stead the following sub‑regulation:—

“(7) When the survey of an unclassed vessel for a Certificate of Approval of Load‑Line is made at the same time as a survey for Certificate of Survey, one‑half only of the full fee for the load‑line survey is to be charged in addition to the fee for the Certificate of Survey.”
