Navigation (Health) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Navigation Act 1912.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 August 1983.

Principal Regulations

2. In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Navigation (Health) Regulations.

Repeal

3. Regulations 4, 5 and 6 of the Principal Regulations are repealed.

Schedule 1

4. Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting Forms 1 and 2.
