REGULATION UNDER THE NAVIGATION ACT 1912*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Navigation Act 1912.

AMENDMENTS OF THE NAVIGATION (HEALTH)

REGULATIONS†

Schedule7 to the Navigation (Health) Regulations is amended— Schedule 7

1976, No. 279; and 1977, No, . 227 and 268.

(a) by omitting from the heading to clause III "¼ POUND"

and substituting " 1 0 0 G R A M ";

(b) by omitting from paragraph 5 of clause III " ¼ pound" and

substituting " 1 0 0 gram";

( c )	by omitting from paragraph 7 of clause III " 6 0 grains" and substituting " 4 grams";
(d)	by omitting from paragraph 7 of clause III "200 gallons" and substituting " 1 0 0 0 litres";
(e)	by omitting from the heading to clause TV "10 POUND"
and substituting " 4. 5 KILOGRAM";
(f)	by omitting from the first paragraph of clause IV "one

gallon" and substituting "1 litre";

(g) by omitting from the first paragraph of clause IV "10 pounds" and substituting " 1 kilogram";

(h) by omitting from the second paragraph of clause IV "10 pounds " and substituting " 4.5 kilograms ";

(i) by omitting from clause V " two gallons " and substituting

" 10litres"; and

(j) by omitting from clause V " ten gallons" and substituting

" 50 litres ".
