Navigation (Grain) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Navigation Act 1912.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 October 1981.

Requirements in relation to plans

2. Regulation 29 of the Navigation (Grain) Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (3) "$450" and substituting "$1,100".
