REGULATIONS UNDER THE NAVIGATION ACT 1912.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Navigation Act 1912.

Amendments of The Navigation (Grain) Regulations 

Commencement.

1.These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 January 1977.

Inspection fees.

2.Regulation 10 of the Navigation (Grain) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (1) the words “ Eight dollars ” and substituting the figures “ $12 ”;

(b) by omitting from paragraph (b) of sub-regulation (1) the words “ Four dollars ” and substituting the figure “ $6 ”;

(c) by omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (2) the words “ Ten dollars fifty cents ” and substituting the figures “ $16 ”;

(d) by omitting from paragraph (b) of sub-regulation (2) the words “ Eight dollars fifty cents ” and substituting the figures “ $13 ”;

(e) by omitting from paragraph (c) of sub-regulation (2) the words “ Four dollars fifty cents ” and substituting the figure “ $7 ”;

(f) by omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (3) the words “ Five dollars fifty cents ” and substituting the figure “ $8

 ”;

(g) by omitting from paragraph (b) of sub-regulation (3) the words “Four dollars fifty cents ” and substituting the figure “ $7 ”;

(h) by omitting from paragraph (c) of sub-regulation (3) the words “ Two dollars fifty cents ” and substituting the figure “ $4 ”;

(i) by omitting from sub-regulation (5) the words “ Four dollars ” and substituting the figure “ $6 ”; and
