Navigation (Deck Cargo and Live Stock) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Navigation Act 1912,

Application

1. Regulation 4 of the Navigation (Deck Cargo and Live Stock) Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1) “British or foreign” and substituting “including ships to which Part II of the Navigation Act 1912 does not apply”.

Commencement

2. Regulation 1 shall come into operation on 26 January 1982.
