I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Navigation Act 1912.

Commencement

1. These Regulations commence on 1 June 1990.

Repeal of the Navigation (Crew Accommodation) Regulations

2. Statutory Rules 1954 No. 38, 1958 No. 2, 1963 No. 97, 1965 No. 107, 1977 Nos. 31 and 190, 1979 No. 201, 1980 No. 346 and 1982 No. 12 are repealed.
