Navigation (Construction) Regulations2

(Amendment)

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Navigation Act 1912.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 19 October 1987.

Testing of specimens of divisions

2. Regulation 126 of the Navigation (Construction) Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (2) “$858” and “$544” and substituting “$970” and “$485” respectively.
