Navigation (Construction) Regulations2

(Amendment)

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Navigation Act 1912.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 October 1985.

Testing of specimens of divisions

2. Regulation 126 of the Navigation (Construction) Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (2) “$600” and “$380” and substituting “$858” and “$544” respectively.
