1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Navigation (Collision) Amendment Regulations 2006 (No. 1).

1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

1. Amendment of Navigation (Collision) Regulations 1982

Schedule 1 amends the Navigation (Collision) Regulations 1982.

the Navigation (Orders) Regulations as in force from time to time.

insert

subsection 425 (1AA) of the Navigation Act 1912.
