Navigation (Coasting Trade) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Navigation Act 1912.

1. Amendment

1.1 The Navigation (Coasting Trade) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

[NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see ActsInterpretation Act 1901, s.48]

 

2. Regulation 25 (Permits to unlicensed ships to engage in coasting trade)

2.1 Paragraph 25 (5) (a):

Omit “$21”, substitute “$22”.

2.2 Subparagraph 25 (5) (b) (i):

Omit “$384”, substitute “$403”.

2.3 Subparagraph 25 (5) (b) (ii):

Omit “$768”, substitute “$806”.

3. Regulation 30 (Licence fees)

3.1 Omit “$21”, substitute “$22”.
