(Cinematograph Film) Regulations2 (Amendment)
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia,
acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the
following Regulations under the Navigation Act 1912.

1. Regulation
3 of the Navigation (Cinematograph Film) Regulations is amended by omitting
from sub-regulation (1) "registered in Australia or engaged in the
coasting trade" and substituting "to which Part II of the Navigation
Act 1912 applies".
Commencement
2. Regulation
1 shall come into operation on 26 January 1982.
