(Cargo—Hazards Prevention) Regulations (Repeal)
I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth
of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby
make the following Regulations under the Navigation Act 1912.

Commencement
1. These
Regulations shall come into operation on 21 September 1987.

Prevention) Regulations
2. Statutory
Rules 1968 No. 23, 1973 No. 122, 1975 No. 107, 1976 No. 273, 1977 No. 261, 1978
No. 125, 1979 No. 188, 1980 Nos. 80 and 207, 1982 No. 9, 1984 No. 352, 1985 No.
249 and 1986 No. 269 are repealed.
