REGULATIONS UNDER THE NAVIGATION ACT 1912-1966.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Navigation Act 1912-1966.

Amendments of the Navigation (Cargo—Hazards Prevention) Regulations

First Schedule.

1. The First Schedule to the Navigation (Cargo—Hazards Prevention) Regulations is amended by inserting in paragraph 8, before the words—

“Diethyl zinc (Zinc ethyl).”

the words—

“Diethyl aluminium chloride.”.

Second Schedule.

2. The Second Schedule to the Navigation (Cargo—Hazards Prevention) Regulations is amended—

(a) by inserting in paragraph 3, after the words—

“Benzoyl chloride.”

the words—

“Caustic potash.”;

(b) by inserting in paragraph 4, after the words—

“Hydrogen cyanide, anhydrous (Hydrocyanic acid, Prussic acid).”

the words—

“Maleic Anhydride.”; and

(c) by inserting in paragraph 4, after the words—

“Nitrobenzene (Nitrobenzol, Mirbane oil).”

the words—

“Sodium Silicofluoride.”.
