_13 the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative

Assembly of New South A'alcs in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follow s :—

Sliort title. 1. This Act may bt; cited as the “ Navigation Amendment

(llegulations) Act, 1904,” and shall be read as one with the Navigation

Act, 1901, hereinafter called tlie Principal Act.

Begul itious. 2. Tlie Governor may make all regulations necessary to carry

out the provisions of tljc Principal Act.
