REGULATIONS UNDER THE NAVIGATION ACT 1912-1942.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Navigation Act 1912-1942.

Amendments of Navigation (Additional Life-saving Appliances) Regulations. 

Buoyant apparatus.

1. Regulation 5 of the Navigation (Additional Life-saving Appliances) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (l.) and

(b) by omitting from sub-paragraph (i) of paragraph (b) of sub-regulation (1.) the words “increased by fifty per centum,”.

Repeal of regulation 12a, 15a and 15b.

2. Regulations 12a, 15a and 15b of the Navigation (Additional Life-saving Appliances) Regulations are repealed.
