REGULATION UNDER THE NAVIGATION ACT 1912-1942.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Navigation Act 1912-1942.

Amendment of the Navigation (Additional Life-saving Appliances) Regulations.

Life-jacket lights.

Regulation 14a of the Navigation (Additional Life-saving Appliances) Regulations is amended by omitting the words “a ship of 1,000 tons gross and upwards” and inserting in their stead the words “every ship to which these Regulations apply”.
