AN ACT to amend Section Thirty-one of the Navigation

Act, 1904.

[Assented to 15th November, 1928.]

E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by

1 and with the advice and consent of the Legislative

Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows :—

I. This Act may be cited as the 1C am:gallon Act Amend- Short UM.

2. Section thirty-one of the Navigation Act, 1904 sAmseindment of

(inserted by section four of the Navigation Act Amend-

ment Act, 1926), is hereby amended by inserting after

the words Provided that," in subsection (1) thereof,

the following words :

" at the port of Fremantle, the surveyor shall be a person appointed by the Governor under section fourteen of this Act : Provided also that."
